At Thrivin, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in original, unworn condition. If your gear doesn't help you reach your peak, we will make it right with a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
